Terms and Conditions
Waiting period:
- There will be a 15.00 meet & greet for ship & rail arrivals.
- There will be additional charges for waiting time
For or all other pick ups, a grace period of 5 minutes is given.
Once the grace period has expired, the waiting period begins and is charged at the vehicle hourly rate in 15 minute increments.
Extra stops en route are charged at $10.00 for a drop off. Waiting time is charged if it applies.

Other:
- Plus GST 7%
- Plus Gratuities
All parking fees, tolls, ice, water etc. will be added to your bill.

Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 24 hours: no charge
- Prior to 23 hours to 12 hours: 50% charge
- 11hr-0hr: 100% charge.
