AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We
dispatch to all points* of Vancouver & Greater Vancouver including
Whistler plus Seattle and the Seatac Airport in Washington State.
We suggest that you advise us of the amount of luggage you may have
as luggage is not allowed inside the passenger area. Ski racks are
available upon request.
Eight or nine passenger limousines to and from the Airport cannot
exceed six (6) passengers as per Motor Carrier regulations. A van
is most suited for larger groups from 7 to 9 passengers because
of luggage weight. Any excess luggage may have to follow by taxi.
For International flights arrivals, we will greet you in the area
just outside the "International Reception Lobby" in front of The
Elephant & Castle Restaurant at the Vancouver International Airport
with a personalized sign imprinted with your party’s name.
For Domestic flights arrivals, greetings are conducted in the in
the "Arrival Lobby" outside the Baggage Claim area, at its gate.
We allow for up to one hour delay at the airport. An hour is the
average delay time. Any further delay's beyond an hour however are
subject to an additional charge. Please let us know if you will
be arriving late, your flight has been cancelled or you have missed
your flight. We do keep track of flight arrivals, delays and cancellations,
however we do not have access to any passenger's lists.
Airport rates
*Our Airport rates are based upon destination and vehicle
size required and include a greeting fee and airport fee. Highway
toll fees (Coquilhala),and ferry vehicle & passengers fees (Victoria
and Vancouver Island) are not included. For more information on
